I cannot decide between Gruden, Bevell and Wisenhunt. I'd like to see Wisenhunt bring in Russ Grimm, but bringing in Bevell is intriguing and I love the idea of taking one of Seattle's coaches away from them. I'm just not sure if he's ready to make the leap from OC to HC. If we could get him as an OC, that would be great but I highly doubt he'd make a parallel career move and leave Seattle without a promotion.

Quite a dream. I can definitely see two coordinators of playoff teams who are garnering attention as HC candidates going to be coordinators for a 3-13 team. :)

While I'm not all in or all out on Gruden, I don't think we should overbid or overpay for him. Make an offer, if he likes it good, if not, don't get into a back and forth for him. I don't think he's a can't miss coaching prospect that you have to get.

I'm sorry, I am not a Jay Gruden fan. I've watch some Bengals games, and Andy Dalton does nothing to impress me. All he has to do is throw the ball in the same zip code as A.J. Green and Green will go get it and make him look good. I am not sure his ability to develop QBs is any better than anyone else in the league when you look at Dalton. I would rather them choose the OC from Seattle who is working with Russell Wilson and Lynch. I really like what Seattle does offensively.

Well Dalton isn't Griffin and Seattle plays it safe and runs a simple offense because of that def they have. That said I don't want gruden either

You can look at that a few different ways. Gruden could be making something out of nothing with Dalton.

People, especially in the media, read too far into things.

They used to work together and one guy comes into town, so they have dinner to catch up.
