Why fire the coach after 1 season? Just replace the DC and draft areas of need.

I remember seeing post about the o-line sucking was an excuse for RG3 now that Colt is in there you hear it again. I like all 3 of our QB's but we need to take 2 drafts to fix the trenches both OL and DL. No protection no pressure = no wins

Hire a real GM who picks the next head coach. Then after that he makes all calls on who the qbs are and who the coaches are. In 2016 if the GM wants rg3 gone, he's gone!

Real franchises have general managers. Our management structure is laughable.

I agree with you, but we are not a real franchise...we are the Redskins. I just dont see "yes man" Bruce Allen getting fired.
