Issues go way deeper than personnel. A lot of the guys we have are completely coachable (Landry being the prime example). This is first and foremost a coaching/leadership issue. Haynesworth nailed it this week.

Can someone at the game point out to Hixon that Austin is actually doing better then our 2 WR's that have a year under their belts. Can they point out the routes Dallas has him running....curls, come backs, out routes....you know routes that are good for rookies. Oh and point out that the routes go well beyond the 1st down marker so when they catch the ball they already have the 1st down. Instead of fighting for 10 yrds.

We ran one pass play over the middle to Cartwright that worked and I haven't seen it since. I guess the coaching theory is if it works don't use it again.
