I thing this is great news ! Lets our 2 rookies and M. Hurt get alot of work at a few positions ( LG, C, RG and T ) .

5 yr/14 mil for our starting LG is pretty cap friendly IMO.

I haven't seen any numbers, but that sounds like it would be in Schneeds projected range.

I don't know which article I read that had those. Maybe I am wrong, but that seems (if those are in fact the #) fair to both the team and player.

I hope they get the deal done. Davis can create havoc for defenses & open up the game for other players on offense.

I like that we are working on locking up the offensive players that took us so far this year. Jax back in the fold is important, but the defense is going to need more outside help and that appears to be what we are trending towards.

Well, I for one am liking the news trickling out of Redskins Park. I have a feeling we won't be making any big signings this year.

When was the last time we were NOT a player in free agency?

One of the tweeters on the Redskinstweet page that is listed on page 4 of the thread (snide remarks was close to his name) stated that it was not a 2yr void able contract. I have no idea who he is or if he has good info.
