Solid player, not disruptive in the pass game. I would take him for 2.5M on the cap instead of Bowen.

But if we get him we're not an appreciably better defense.

On the outside it looks like a step in the right direction. Our pass rush was pathetic last year.

He is not. He is old too.

That being said, there was a big difference in collapsing the pocket when he was in the game.

Hatcher needs to stay healthy and have a good year in 2015. If he can do that, we'll have a much better inside pass rush. I still support the Hatcher FA deal.
