do we even know for a fact that vick gave her herpes? did he ever come out and say he did? if not, then how do we know SHE didn't give it to him? seriously though, how can you know something like that?:confused:

The question is not if Vick gave it to her but did she know and just made up the story to extort money from Vick. He paid her off to make it go away so we will never know and I feel its not fair to say he did so knownly unless we know for 100% for sure he did. Vick is getting what he brought on himself and I will not defend him one bit on this dog fighting stuff.

so he did settle out of court? how do you settle on a std? most these settlements out of court happen just to keep your name out of the spotlight....doesn't always mean your guilty.........then again maybe i'm wrong, maybe thats why hes always using chapstick......

All I can say is WOW!!!!! I am from South Carolina dog fighting is pretty common but it is wrong and I have never had the stomach for it. But WOW!!! Vick has to be clueless. WOW!!!!!

just finished reading that.....sounds like he did it.....but at the same time i wouldn't be suprised if he didn't. i mean she met him in a nightclub in va in may 2001 but didn't have sex with him till late 2002?!?
let me ask you this....if she started having sex with him right away and contracted the std, and still went ahead and had sex with him until late 2002 when their relationship ended, would she be at fault as well.......and where are the medical documents under the name "ron mexico"? it just sounds like a hard thing to pin on somebody you know?

Well, it apparently wasn't that hard, cause he settled. He made the wise choice. If it went to court he could have been in some serious crap.
