Inside the NFL back in the day was my absolute favorite thing to watch, and back then when we won all the time I can remember being so excited to see the game recap for the Skins. Loved the pick segment too. RIP. |

Inside the NFL back in the day was a must watch every week. Now I can't even remember the last time I tuned in.

Re: Around the league 2022 Camp edition
Indianapolis Colts punter Rigoberto Sanchez will likely miss the entire season after he sustained an Achilles injury during practice Tuesday, a team spokesperson said via the Indianapolis Star.
Sanchez went down during the final moments of practice Tuesday when the entire team was running sprints, something, as the punter, he wouldn’t normally participate in. [Set, hut, hike! Create or join a fantasy football league now!] Sanchez will undergo further testing Wednesday to determine the severity of his injury. According to ESPN’s Stephen Holder, his Achilles is believed to have ruptured which will end his season. Sanchez was gearing up for his sixth season with the Colts this fall. He has been the team’s punter and kickoff specialist since the Colts signed him after he went undrafted in 2017, and the 27-year-old signed a four-year, $11.6 million extension in 2019. He averaged 44.5 yards per punt last season, and was ranked ninth in the league in punts taken inside the 20-yard line last season. The Colts do not have a backup punter on their roster, so they will have to pick up someone before Week 1. The team has kickers Rodrigo Blankenship and Jake Verity available for kickoffs. Sanchez also served as the team’s holder on field goals. Re: Around the league 2022 Camp edition
If the Seahawks tank their way to drafting a stud QB ... I dont think I can handle it.
Ride high on the Russell Wilson train for 10 years, then trade him at age 33 for two 1st Round picks, two 2nd R picks and 3 young potential players. Eat one bad season. Draft a potential QB stud in Stroud/Young/Richardson ... While we muddle for decades ... |

Cowboys’ left tackle Tyron Smith suffered a torn left hamstring during Wednesday’s practice that will keep him out indefinitely and could cost him multiple months of the 2022 season, sources tell @toddarcher and me. https://t.co/CBd7XTOeyg |

https://t.co/CBd7XTOeyg
Ouch that’s big Their Oline has been shakey in camp so far and their 1st round pick Tyler Smith hasn’t been able to win the starting Guard job. The other Tackle spot hasn’t been great either. |
Re: Around the league 2022 Camp edition
I hate to celebrate when players get injured but it is hard not to have a little chuckle at the Cowboys who have had this problem with Smith repeatedly over the last 5 years and never seem to have any contingency in place

Re: Around the league 2022 Camp edition
Given their first two games Dak may well be running for his life and hopefully be more than a little nervous when we visit in wk4

Cowboys’ LT Tyron Smith’s hamstring tore and came off the bone, per sources. He could have surgery as early as today, pending meeting with doctors. He is out indefinitely, and is unlikely to return before December. Doesn't sound good |

Yeah Im surprised they didnt have a contingency for this. He hasnt played a full season in a looooong time. You need a starter level swing tackle. Not some above average player but a Lucas type player. Boys drafted LT Tyler Smith no. 24 overall .. but have him as starting LG over Connor McGovern. They have Terrence Steele as their RT ... 64.5 PFF grade last year, played over 900 snaps, scouting report wasnt great UDFA in 2020. Boys have a ton of cap and i imagine a Leno or Lucas level player becomes available. I dont think playing rookie Smith or underwhelming Steele at LT is an option. |

Unfortunately for him, injuries have really put a halt on his play.. He's a monster when healthy but that's not often |
