Like they are going to stop it and say April fools because these are regular people dressed up in bears and Commander uniforms right? How much money is made by all these players and coaches? The tricky thing is all the teams seem to be running similar offenses. Drafting a QB is basically 100% guessing now.

The thing that really ruins them is they throw them into game situations when they aren't remotely ready. I wouldn't play a spread offense QB at all his first year. I mean NONE, no matter the situation.

QB is about confidence, you throw those guys in when they aren't ready and they going to lose all confidence and it's over at that point.
