Re: Jason Campbell for Vince Young ? Who would you rather have?
Jason Campbell haters = Dan Snyder...people who believe that the QB position is the only problem this team has.
The OL is a big problem but a good question is if you put a QB like Brett Favre in would we have done better the 1-4? I think yes and most likely 4-1. But we will never know!

At least I contribute to the board and not sit around and hate like these two closet racists!! Even says he is a hater in his quote. Like that ish is cool!!
ahahahahahahhahahaha omg man, I thought that my trolling was a bit suspect |
And....Nobody has picked J Russell yet.....BUST!!!!! I don't know why Oakland still starts him.
Because their owner micromanages even more than Danny? |
Re: Jason Campbell for Vince Young ? Who would you rather have?
I picked Matt, but he had trouble throwing to Boldin and Fitz. I can't imagine him doing anything with Moss and Kelly.
Quinn can't even beat out Anderson who goes 2-17. Doesn't have an NFL arm.
Russell is just a total bust and doesn't even carry himself like a pro. Smith might be worse than Quinn cause he can't beat of Shawn Hill. Young will never have the pocket game but is probably better than Quinn, Russell and Smith cause he has the mobility. Leinart is pretty interesting and if he comes available I'd take a look at him. He's played well in some games and has probably learned a lot from Warner.
Leinart and Quinn are about the same prospect at this point, with the same strengths and weaknesses, and the same college resume with limited pro success, and same ridiculous questions about "arm strength". Picking one over the other would be simply deciding which handedness you'd rather try to protect based on current personnel. Everyone else on this list has had ample starting time to show something, but haven't. Quinn and Leinart may still both be good quarterbacks yet. I wouldn't bet on both of them getting the opportunity though, seems like one or the other is going to get a chance. |

I think your niece would probably make better posts than anything you've written here. I bet you just copy and paste your posts. |

He was also very early in his career. Most QBs need a few years to develop... like Brees. But who knows, he just might not be that good. I picked Brady Quinn. I thought he showed promise last year. This year??? Different story. |
Re: Jason Campbell for Vince Young ? Who would you rather have?
I was listening to Mel Kiper the other day and he was REALLY high on Jimmy Clausen from Notre Dame. There was a another underclassmen that he ranked just above Clausen, but I can't remember his name. You have to pay to see Kiper's Big Board. Ridiculous.
He also said that if some of the underclassmen came out, it could be one of the deepest QB drafts in recent memory. |
Re: Jason Campbell for Vince Young ? Who would you rather have?
Kiper is high on Jake Locker as well
Kiper is high on Jake Locker as well
That's him. So if the Skins do decide to go in a different direction next year, they could conceivably have a shot at Clausen AND Locker (probably not Stafford). Could be a year like 2004 when Eli, Rivers and Big Ben went in the first 11 picks. Schaub went 90th overall. Man, that was a good draft for the Skins... first 3 rounds at least. Sean Taylor with the 5th overall and Cooley in the 3rd. Considering they almost took Kellen Winslow instead of ST, I'd say they did pretty good for themselves. |
Re: Jason Campbell for Vince Young ? Who would you rather have?
Ya, what a good draft. Too bad we can't do that every year...........
and to this DMV guy that is so upset about, well, I dont know what, the quote about Williams bringing in JC with Gibbs is a common point believed by at least a couple of Sports writers in the D.C and Virginia area, I am just looking at the evidence, and agreeing with their points. I am a SSG currently stationed at Fort Gordon GA, and I resent you calling me a racist. That is the furthest thing from the truth about myself that I've ever heard. Now, maybe I am a little overcritical of the Skins, but that comes from a long standing love of this franchise, one that is inherently my duty to support. But, not a racist........nowhere close. But I guess I will eventually deploy again and fight for your right to make idiotic comments on this board!!!! Good day, m8! |

Locker is the best QB in the Pac-10 this season (Barkley will be next season). Big body, he can pass and run. Got a leadership quality that his teammates believe in. Too bad he was surrounded by such horrible talent his first few seasons. |

Dude is fragile. Re-injuring his surgically repaired wrist isn't going to do much to help his draft status. |
