I'm finally getting the hang of things on the ground. My last 2 games I've been up over 90 yards with CP, averaging a solid 5 too. I went into practice mode and really worked on the new right stick controls. A lean here and a lean there while working through the holes really makes a big difference.

I'm really starting to like the new locomotion deal. It really feels more real life and less like a video game.

is there a turbo/sprint button for ps3?

i see that you can "auto-turbo" on or off but i cant figure out what you do to turbo or sprint.

i restarted my franchise on all-pro after going 7-0 on pro level. now im 0-3 so far.

leaning as i enter a running hole has helped, it hurts when you lean the wrong way.

where is the sprint button? what is up with this "auto-turbo sprint thing" option? ive turned it off and on and dont see any change in game play.

I did the same thing the "sprint" button is the R2 button...

You need to let the real LJ know he has these skills...he obviously doesn't realize it. 8 carries/4 yards...ugh.

yes, I am playing ultimate team. Kind of fun, but I keep getting the black screen of death after MUT games, so I cannot get the coins I am due. Its happened for like 8 games now, so, thats like 10000 coins I am out.

But, ya, its fun.

I just sold my copy for $45, I made $5 on Madden!

Anyways, every year I think I am going to like it and then I realize I don't have the time for crap like this.

Got myself a stud RB in the draft and man what a difference. Went for 177 yards and 3 scores in his first game and followed that up with 121 yards and a score in his 2nd game. Averaging nearly 8 yards a pop!

Anyone play online? The defense is this years game is really weak. I play on All Madden now. I think all ranked games should be all madden. I heard a "Patch" is about to be released for the Pre play audibles and for the Defenses AI.

Figures a patch is coming out just as I'm starting to get the hang of the new strategy pad.

^ lol yea EA said about a week ago that a patch will come out in September. I would guess when the new roster update will be out.

I used my first round pick (late first rd) on a center, 2nd rounder on a right guard, both max potential guys. Running game has been soooo much better.
