I think this is the cost we have to pay for technological advances. I'd like to think most drivers know how critical paying attention on the road is. But there will always be those that take chances, whether it's drunk/intoxicated driving, general recklessness, etc. and the price they/innocent civilians pay in blood serves as reminders to the rest of us.

I put fault on both the driver for driving drunk/streaming it and the passenger for not wearing a seat belt. Unfortunately her sister paid the ultimate price for it.
