Well if u were on the phone calling for help and my good friend brother (cop) was at his house playing video games with us with his police scanner on while on the clock...it might take him longer to get to you. oh well.

I apologize with the proof you just gave me how could I not see it(sarcasm) , here is a thought since he is playing with you and you are there ....why don't you tell him to go out and do his job. If you hate Cops as much as you pretend then turn him in because if you don't then you are as much to blame as he is .
