I think both teams are involved in the work release program. It helps with overcrowding.

Some teams do a better job of coaching up their draft picks and getting them on the field. Devin Thomas/Malcomb Kelly/Fred Davis vs. DeSean Jackson, for instance;)

If you really believe it was coaching. I don't think they could have coached Kelly out of a bad knee. Jackson was better prepared coming out of college.
