Snyder is still very involved, I don't think it's so rare for an NFL owner to be involved. But we're not winning. And he's young and rich. So...

I'm sure he is involved, but I remember all of us b*tching about the Redskins not having "football people" running the team. Yet, I feel as though that's what we've had that since Shanahan took over the reigns. I'm not saying they were "good" football people, but still. Is not like Snyder is running his team the way Jerry Jones is running the Cowpukes.

He isn't humble nor modest. He's boasted about this being his team. He's boasted about he'll play the way he wants to play. He's thrown the team under the bus on various occasions. He's constantly defending his bad words or his "toughness". In three years, this kid still hasn't gotten this single concept down, which is to SHUT THE FUCK UP.

Things Robert needs to do:

1) Toughen the fuck up
2) Delete facebook and twitter
3) Lead through your actions on the field
4) Shut the fuck up

his level of involvment is still higher than most...but again its not directly him but others he employs and allows to make decisions or others whose opinions he values and takes advise from; in both situations these folks shouldnt be involved in personel, team building, etc.

How about you look at the results on the field, use that as the bottomline.

Folks last year we tied the worse Redskins win loss record, now we are heading that way again. think about the in our 80 year history

Shit needs to change based on these facts. Gruden is being handicap from above, we know this as fact

On-field results is the only thing that matters, the rest is noise and excuses. They had a stat on tv on Sunday saying that over the past 10 years the Skins have the 4th worst overall record. Sad.

I agree 1000% with this!! ..Just don't talk at all..LET YOUR PLAY DO THE TALKING!!..If RGIII is truly working hard and truly understands the game and this is the results then the Skins have the worst coaches in all of football…I believe that based on what the team did at Dallas and several other games this year that the Skins looked okay that the issue is not coaching. If I were the owner I would take the logo off the helmet until the team looked like they deserved it…I truly believe that the mix of free agent malcontents are what is destroying this franchise..look at D max..great skills..but already major drama..garcon is upset waiting to explode..Ryan Clark can't cover anymore..we keep bringing in these high paid out of towner's who never pay off in the long run..RGIII is and always has been a project ..Shanny hid his weakness as best he could..we have 6 games to find out about RGIII . We need OL ,OL..did i say OL..we need to trade One of the WR for a starting OL!!…then lets go after DB,DB.DB…so I draft in order #1 OL,#2 OL,#3 DB,#4 DB,#5 OL,#6 DB,#7 DB..serious ..we have to upgrade this situation before any skill position is relevant. we don't need to draft RB,QB(COLT IS BETTER THAN ANY COLLEGE QB OUT THERE NOW!..) with good OL he could play in this league! ..we don't need another mediocre LB..the murphy pick was a waste..that should have been OL pick. Are you suggesting that losing is a trend?

Now if we could only identify the common denominator of all those losing seasons. Actually, t's probably better not to think about the common denominator because we might realize it and lose all hope.

We can agree to disagree. Im probably in the minority but I dont think his intentions are to do any of that. I think he is trying to come across as a leader, and someone who cares enough to win and not just collect a paycheck. His words get twisted and misconstrued. Does his play come across as mighty as his word - no. Not at all. But You can't fault him for that. He has said several times that he must play better. Whatevs though I dont think he will be around that much longer anyway.
