Griff with yet another miss. How the hell are we moving the ball? He is overthrowing so bad.
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
what a 4th qtr by the team and RG3
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Been a fun second half, too bad the Skins couldn't show up the first half. You don't win many games with this approach.
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Rg3...
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Why the fuck would you throw that? Just eat the sack. RG3 still mentally a rookie.
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Well there ya go.
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Move the pocket and roll him out..
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Why in the fuck would you throw that stupid pass??????
|
Griff cannot throw the long ball. That was not a great fourth quarter by him. Robinson made a huge adjustment on the td pass. That was thee most inaccurate game i ever saw by him.
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
RG3 looked good that entire drive... then there was that pass.
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Back pedal, back pedal, back pedal, back pedal, FAIL!!!! Move up or to the side. Anywhere BUT back!!!!!!!
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Bad throw and choice RG3.. Honestly.. Great QB's dont throw balls like that. That might of been the worse pass of his career.
|
I hope it is a combination of injury and sophomore slump because the play ive seen from Griff this year is NOT worth what we gave up for him. Not even close.
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Better that than the TD with no 2 point conversion, end this torture as early as possible.
The Eagles kicked our asses twice this year, the scores do not indicate how bad they have dominated us. |

A great QB he is not. Not even close. |
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Maybe Robert needs to concentrate on being a QB that throws the ball instead of having to know read option and how to play action every single passing attempt.
That way when our POS coaches dig a hole and we need to score, he simply is playing football that he is accustomed to and has practiced for. |
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
With rg3 you are never out of the game. I really think we've found something with him. he was trying to throw the ball away and he didn't get enough on it.
|
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
The Giants started off 0-6 and we are now behind them in the standings as of right now. Wow!
RGIII you're 3 and 7 now, please take off that one arm sleeve and the glove, it looks dumb, and when your team stinks you shouldn't be making fashion statements. Stop trying to be hip, and start winning some games. |
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Ten days to prepare. Poor execution. This was a total team loss, across the board.

I think that is what it is. A third and fourth year we will know for sure. |
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
So who wants to start that 2014 draft thread? Our season is over.

Honestly i don't care what this team wears they're not gonna win games either way. This has officially turned into one of the most disappointing years I've ever seen from a skins team. Change is inevitable |

Change is inevitable
I think our QB is a hipster diva more intrigued by sock fashion and perfecting his marketing than his craft. Less talk and flare. More game film study and grow up. No more read option. Don't be used for shanahan glory. |

Without a #1 draft pick even that doesn't sound enticing. |
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
The Rams must be happy. They will be getting a nice first round pick

He was throwing that into the endzone as if it was the last play of the game. It was a bad pass and a worse decision. . No way he was trying to throw that out of the endzone. All day long he was overthrowing people. |

Change is inevitable
It looked stupid in college and it looks stupid now, and it serves absolutely no function besides trying to look cool. Visors are used by lots of players and they don't look stupid. Those 2 things are completely different. He's in the NFL and is an adult, be professional. |
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
I have always said the glove and sleeve looks dumb on all those Qbs

He wouldn't have won rookie of the year without those POS coaches catering the whole offense around his skills, or lack there of. That blown pass to a wide open Paulsen in the 1st quarter tells you everything you need to know about his passing ability. Total weaksauce. |
Re: Skins vs. Eagles Gameday Thread
Corporate America(including the NFL, which is corporate America) wrecked the kid before he took his first snap in a live game for the Skins. The kid was overhyped from day one and was set for life with high profile endorsements before he played down one. Unless the franchise gets its house in order, RGIII will be just below Shuler in the all time Redskins busts. This kid could end up with the same record or worse than JC, unless we hit all aces in the next two drafts and actually do something in free agency. It is a god damn shame too, he has so much talent and potential that is going to be wasted if nothing less than a miracle happens in the next two seasons.

Yeah tired of hearing about it |

Last season he looked like the mega-trade was worth it. This season not so much. He can play well enough again if he can stay healthy. The happiest I was about this Charlie Foxtrot of a game, was that we ran our RO/PA offense, and RG3 was extremely smart in avoiding hits. He can only do so much about the hits in the pocket, and late hits/contact. But he did great at not getting blindsided in the open, sliding when reasonable, still going for yards when reasonable. |
