We are NOW, officially, back to the REAL Redskins...

No I am not going to say that. This game is a bad experience, but Cousins has more chances to grow. I just wanted to let it play out. Everybody was just convinced that everything was RG3's fault. Last years defense and special teams were 10 times worse than this years defense and spcecial teams. Well after toinight I don't know. I was mostly refuting Shannahn than Cousins. Shannahn tried to dstroy the QB that sacrificed his body for him.

Let us not tear Cousins down after the media built him up. OK???

I'm willing to give Cousins one more game. If he has another showing like this, then I think we're going to have a lot to think about at the QB position going into the off-season.

The problems are way beyond QB. The Defense has been putrid, post Gregg Williams. The special teams, let's just say there 'special'. So 2/3 rds of the team is bad, so this is what you get, stomped at home by your divisional rival. Hope Jay invests his money wisely, cause we know how this will end.

Riley is terrible at coverage. Why Haslett doesn't adjust so either another LB or a safety can cover TE's or runners, I don't know. This is the same problem he had against Philly.

That would kill his confidence. You saw how that affected Robert. You only do that late in the 4th. Shannahan did that to exact revenge on RG3. Gruden will help Cousins work through this learning experience.

To even be decent next year we have to hit on every draft pick, everyone has to make the team and at least contribute on special teams, and we need to have a few great signings that all turn into solid starters.

Gregg Williams has all the talent in the world in St. Louis and they're garbage on defense now. He's always been overrated.
