Yeah, both were really bad. One year it was a groin injury and then 2007 it was just a combo of lingering shit from '06. You probably remember 2005 when he was a stud returning kicks and ints.
Ah yeah, that year he went to the Pro Bowl he had multiple int. returns and he also returned that missed field goal like 108 yards.

@Dirtbag: Goodcall on Cover 2 corners, I don't think I even realized the Bears were running a Cover 2 back then. I used to think they were set for multiple years with Charles Tillman and Nathan Vasher back there. Apparantly not haha.
Cincy has nowhere for him.. Ocho, T.O. and Shipley are locked into the top 3 spots, he's not going to be a #4 WR.

It will probably be between us and Minnesota.. He's better than any WR on our team other than Moss so I'd be 100% behind him coming to DC.
He's better than Moss. Moss hasn't been good since the Brunell days, and he drops routine passes on the regular. He'd be the #3 WR on a lot of teams.
Oh, bring in young studs, why didn't I think of that? Of course there's a hope that works out (ex. Kelly, Thomas) but when it doesn't then you need to supplement to help you win games. Bringing in Housh on a 2 year deal wouldn't have any negative impact on the teams fortunes.
I agree. And 32 is hardly old as far as Wide Receivers go... Santana's 31. Housh has 4-5 good years left. He caught 79 balls last year.

I hope we get Housh but I don't see it. If we get any WR it's between Clayton and Bryant and I'm betting Clayton would sign given that Allen drafted him.

But don't expect much from him... "Coaches say Clayton is the most impressive player in practice each week, but on Sundays, he pulls a Houdini. Bucs GM Mark Dominik must watch a lot of practice, as he gave Clatyon a new contract with $10 million in guarantees just last year."

Justin Hartwig. Guy should be looked at.

I got 2 more for you. Max Jean Gilles (or something like that) and Derrick Burgess.

You want to boost the lines and the LBs take at look at these 2 vets.

What about Javon Walker? Dude has awesome hands and is a year younger than Housh...

when does the waiver wire clear?

IMO I would say Clayton is almost certain to be a redskin. We need that big target in the redzone and he's cheap

with 10 career tds in 6 years he does not sound like much of a threat, redzone or any where else.

I don't know what you are talking about...where are you getting this opinion?
We're well past the years of picking up folks merely because they are "cheap AND available"

Not saying its not possible...I just haven't heard any interest in him...unless you have a link

WTF would we bring in this good for nothing loser who would honestly be 5th on the depth chart at best.

he would prolly be our #2 actually........which is kind of sad.

But Id have him in their over both Galloway and DT, the way this PS has looked.......

What has Michael Clayton done to warrant being our #2 if he came here? Did he blow Shanny? Cause that's the only way he's our #2 WR.
