Never say never. But it doesn't look good right now with all the injuries. This has the taste of '04 for me to be honest. A season that could have been a good one but the offense was poor and rather inefficient. I don't see us beating the Cowboys at all, losing to the Gmen in NY, and probably will beat Philly here as long as we get healthy. We are just too beat up man and our passing game is the pits. You just can't expect the offense to do a complete 180 do you?

On one level this statement is just factually incorrect. Tampa 2 is not prevent defense and it is what the Skins of have been doing all season. I do, however, agree with your general premise. I understand that you don't want to blitz Brady because he will beat you more often than you'll get to him, but once you are down 24, 31, 38 points I mean seriously what are you worried about? You've got to try to bring something, who cares if you get beaten over the top by Moss at that point.

I haven't lost all faith in JC, but my faith is definitely being tested. I thought the guy looked like an All-Pro in the making, but now I'm not sure what to think of him. Hopefully, he's just had 2 bad consecutive weeks and he'll bounce back next week.

SGG -- While Campbell has made his mistakes, he also had 1/4 of a second to actually get the ball out. Protection was abysmal today. It was a poor performance, we deserve what we're getting.

On that note I do think we need to go after a top QB next season not just for depth reasons, but just in case JC isn't what we all had hoped for.

Matty come off the high road. This team is cooked this year. I just happy they seemed decent for six weeks that is an improvement. Even MIAMI looked better against the Pats.

I am big Skins fan but there is just a time to say this team is not that great, nor good.

They didn't need to go for it on that 4th down. A FG would have made it 41-0.

You don't throw the ball all over the field from Shotgun in the 4th quarter, you don't go for it on 4th down when you are up 38 in the 4th quarter. Scoring points isn't classless, but the way the play the game is classless. Also, did anyone happen to see how Vrabel grabbed Sean Taylor after that onside kick? He was clearly trying to draw a penalty. Go look at it again on TiVo. Classless all the way around, from top to bottom, every single person in that organization.

how about we stop them on fourth down. or on any one of 6 other td drives. it's the job of the skins to stop them, the pats don't have to go into idle just because our team is getting beat like a JV squad

Come on now, Belichick, did put in the second string QB the last TD drive. Shit if you are that good, you are that good. Not his fault the Skins decided not to show up to play. But I do think Belichick ran it up so bad to totally overshadow Gibbs and show him who the new "boss" in town is. That alone is classless.

That is because they didn't adjust their formations to adjust to their OLine injuries...they should have used shotgun at least 40% of the time...coaching error....the proof was the last drive when they did this in combo of hurry up.
that is what a team needs to do with Oline troubles with no rhythm
