Exactly who is nuts? That stance is extremely unpopular per polling. So start with stating either you agree or disagree with abortion up to the moment of birth.
No they aren't and you just proved my point for calling you and others right wing nuts! |
so can a woman:
Inject heroin in her body? Commit suicide? Get drunk and kill another driver? or any of a thousand other things that we as human beings have said are not overridden by the collective law of the land. The false narrative around women and the right to control their own body is astoundingly simplistic. 'It's not just about abortion': Overturning Roe could limit miscarriage care
https://www.nbcnews.com/health/health-news/roe-v-wade-anti-abortion-legislation-limit-miscarriage-care-rcna27349 “It’s not just about abortion:” Overturning Roe could affect miscarriage care The same procedures and medications used in abortions are also used to safely care for miscarriages. Up to one in four pregnancies end in miscarriage, according to some estimates, a loss that can be traumatic and dangerous for women. The risk is even higher after age 40. But the medical care a woman needs when she’s had a miscarriage can mirror how an abortion is performed, experts say. “Medically, miscarriage and abortions are treated in very similar way,” said Dr. Stephanie Mischell, a family medicine physician in Texas and fellow with Physicians for Reproductive Health. |

Couldn’t imagine if protesters were at the houses of Sotomayor or Kagan how the media and left would be framing it.
The leak was a clear intention to intimidate the Supreme Court and the justices. A serious threat to democracy. |

Normally I am against Americans celebrating traitors but if we are going to commemorate the day a leader of the terrorist organization was shot by his own followers and the capture of the supreme leader of the traitors then I am willing to compromise.

Goodness, I see we have post about the civil war and Trump
I guess that’s easier than facing the fact that Biden been a complete failure as President and today we record the National high ever for gasoline, a baby formula shortage crisis, violent protests against a leaked scotus draft, war in Europe, etc I dont need to list the guys failures, the list is too fucking long…I can just list this week’s current news cycle. |

Should be a US holiday given those circumstances. That aside there shouldn't be official State holidays where the Confederacy is celebrated as they were committing treason, but I had a big problem with the mob actions of 2020 when they went after every and any statue (many of which weren't even tied to the Confederacy) that they determined shouldn't be up. |

There's no way you could actually mean that. If so, you have taken the meaning of delusional to a whole new level. Take a look around buddy. Do you really think this country is better off than it was 16 months ago? If that is the case, then there is probably no hope for you. |

The fact that you can't says a ton. You're past the kool aid stage! Imagine a world where hardcore feminists rule that men ejaculating without trying to inseminate a woman is actually murdering thousands of babies. They gerrymander their way into running local and national politics, and then they pass a law that says if you suspect your neighbor of ejaculating thousands of babies to their death, you can call the police and the police will blacklight search your residence to find the evidence. If they find evidence you will be arrested for murdering thousands of potential babies. That's not the world we live in now, but that's the world we're heading towards. |

Ha! Look who's scapegoating. It's all the Pandemic and War in Ukraine's fault... O. K. Let's be clear, this economy was headed down the toilet WAY before any hostilities occurred in Ukraine. Unemployment and jobs numbers may look ok depending on how you extract the data, but you can't argue that from Jan 2021 to Nov 2021, inflation was up over 5% already (over 7% now), and average gas prices were up almost 40% (almost 50% now)...just a couple examples. The best way to measure the economy is how voters feel about it, and I don't know many people that feel too good about it. Maybe in your circle things look peachy, but that's not what the majority of Americans are feeling. Which is why Biden's approval rating is down over 13% since his first week in office. Anyway, watching him talk anymore is like watching Weekend at Bernie's. It's not likely that he will be our President for much longer. I'm surprised Vegas doesn't have an over/under on it yet. But, the grass isn't always greener...as we already discovered after the last election. |
