It seems like the uniform combinations are really simple for the Redskins. They always wear Gold pants with the White tops, which is usually road games. But for the Home games they can go Burgundy tops, Gold bottoms or Burgundy Tops, White bottoms. I remember the Bucs game last year which was on the road and they wore Burgundy on white bottoms, but I guess that was because the Bucs wanted to go with white uniform.

Probably no throwbacks this year. I have loved their throwbacks, but they haven't been kind in games as they seem to loose when they wear them.

I forgot to take notice when watching the game. No new mask yet. I could live without the one he said he's getting.

Something came out last week that stated the NFL will no longer allow modified face masks . . . so Bane will not be seen in a game . . .

I'll be honest with ya, I don't like the white jerseys on gold pants look at all. I love the burgundy on gold pants just fine, but not the white on gold. I wish the 'skins would go back to the white on burgundy for the away games.

I'm glad they stopped this before it got out of control. Canty, Tuck, Dockett's facemasks looked ridiculous. They're claiming medical reasons...sure...that's like a fat person who gets a scooter and handicapped spot just for being 350 pounds. Do you REALLY need that facemask to protect your health?

Canty had a serious eye injury before he was drafted that caused him to drop to the Cowboys, not sure about the others off the top of my head. They must have some sort of medical documentation.

If the facemask has no benefit why do they wear them at all??

Of course there's a medical benefit. Some just need more protection than others.
