Does anyone want to play Brady or Brees or Rodgers in the playoffs? No. But I'd rather play this Brady/patriot team than say the patriot teams of the past few years.
In the playoffs, Brady is a better qb than breezy and Aaron Rodgers. U don't want to see Brady in the playoffs. Speaking of Breezy, pretty funny watching the talking heads jump the falcon sinking ship and realizing the saints are the best team in the division since Sean Payton is back |
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
Schaub and his WR's timing is off. Dude is stopped and Matt is still patting the ball with his non throwing hand. You can't have a WR standing still waiting for a ball in the NFL.

Holy, Schaub, again!

It's time to bench Schaub. God damn he's become awful. Kubiak isn't going to survive this meltdown.
I wonder if Romo knew it, too. How much it is in his head that he will throw that pick late?
Tony Dungy and Rodney Harrison both pointed out that Romo had a WIDE open DeMarco Murray underneath for what would have been a good gain, but instead he threw it to rookie Gavin Escobar (who hasn't been reliable according to Dallas reports) who was defended very closely on the play. |

Also Brady in the playoffs of recent (07-now) hasn't been as great as you may think. Keep in mind Flacco has out dueled Brady the past 2 straight years. Toms been throwing more picks in the playoffs of recent. And this was with Welker Hernandez Gronk and so on. Not kenbrell thompkins Dobson and hoomannowamooi or whatever his name is. And one thing we've learned this year is that Amendola and Gronk can't be counted on in terms of staying healthy. And also add in the fact that we haven't talked about their defense, who has looked good, however they just lost their best player in Wilfork. Which is a huge loss in more ways than one. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
You think the fatest Ryan is a bigger reason for success (not literal) than Sean Payton being back on the sideline? Yeah we gonna disagree here as well. As for Brady and the pats, guess we will find out as the season goes on. As much as I hate'm, They usually ball more so than not

Yep. Thing is, the teams with with Great defenses this year have average to bad offenses. And the teams with Great offenses have average to bad defenses. |
One Manning is 5-0 and leads the NFL in tds
The other is 0-5 and leads in ints |

Dont think Schaubs play has anything to do with Kyle. You cant blame Schaubs picks on playcalling, theyre just boneheaded mistakes and bad throws.if you take away the pick 6's Schaubs been playing well, its that 1 mistake that kills you, just ask Romo |
