Shanahan has some explaining to do. Not only was it a ridiculous decision to bring Rex in, but he's completely alienated mcnabb and destroyed any chance we had of signing mcnabb to an extension. So we just pissed away a second and third round pick for a one year rental of a guy we benched before the season was half way over.

The line play in that game was utter domination. Our offensive and defensive lines are not good. Barely serviceable on any given Sunday.

Horseshit if the o-line shows up even a little we win the game we had a 5 point lead and the ball with like 4 min. left.

Everybody's ragging on McNabb now, but his ineffectiveness began to show long before he came here. What we saw today was just a continuation of what we've seen for te last few years. This O-line needs more than work.

o-line was terrible, mcnabb didnt play well, defense struggled in the 2nd half tremendously, and punt/kick coverage was very bad.

C'mon what did you guys think? That we were a playoff team? We all knew our O line sucked badly and that is the heart of any effective offense. Torain was what 9 carries 10 yards? Keiland had more yards with less than half the carries. On top of that past Moss and AA we have no wideouts at all. Thank God we did get a good prospect with AA or this might have been really ugly. Stafford hits all of his wideouts, Donovan only 2. Galloway and Williams had no business being acquired. I would simply release at least one of them and bring back Austin, to maybe give us another threat. Quite simply we were sold another bill of goods with Shanny and his son. Schwartz outcoached his ass and his players obviously are better quality. That is frigging sad, when the Detroit Lions have a higher quality roster than the Skins.

I guess I never really paid much attention to the Lions D-line, apart from Suh. Of all the ways I thought we might lose this game, offensive line protection wasn't one of them.
