It will be interesting to see what changes will be made this off season. But we need improved QB play. We can't consistently win throwing 5 yard passes all game long. Unwatchable. Griffin stares down WR's and has no anticipation at all. With him under center they call plays to get 5 yards at a time. Tired of watching this John Beck crap.

Haslett has no players. But he needs to go. Why didn't he have Breeland on Bryant? Especially after Breeland's performance in the first game against the Cowboys. I've seen enough.

This upcoming draft they need to hit on 4-5 players and have those players start or play a lot. They also going need to be active in free agency again which is always risky business. They blew it this year. How's Porter and Hatcher working out? Lol.

Not sure Gruden is head coach material. Was Bill O'Brien even considered? He seems like a smart guy and wouldn't have even come to a cluster fuck organization like this one.

This a million times, as evident by the big letters. Breeland balled out against Bryant the first time around.

The only reason I could fathom, is they wanted to test Amerson against a true #1 to see if he could keep up (Replacement for Hall next season maybe?) and if that was the test, Amerson failed spectacularly.

Steelers are probably the only ones, and i could take away chuck noll or terry bradshaw and say it took them 100 years to win a superbowl. The Cowboys? Take away jimmy johnson and Troy Aikman and they win one way back in the 70's. Niners - take away bill walsh - of course the snyder redskins suck but you were trying to under value our success in the 80's by saying its all because of two guys. Well you could greatly diminish the success of any franchise by doing the same thing to them.
Edit: there are very few franchises that have enough luck, money, talent, sound structure from the top on down in the organization to be successful "through the ages" - the yankees, the canadiens, the lakers? Hell take jordan away from the bulls and they are pretty much a joke. Take Red Auerbach away from the Celtics. The list goes on and on.

I'm loathe to give advice to other NFL teams, but the Redskins should (1) fix the offensive line and (2) keep the name.
