Urban Meyer in play? He looks and gives off that slimy Bruce Allen vibe. Radio heads say he could do better than the Skins and would turn down the offer ...

Hmmmm ... so you can tell by looking at a guy that he is a slime ball ... okay 😀I don’t like him because of his past retirement record .. I don’t believe this team needs a coach who would retire if things go bad.. heck things are allready really bad! I’m not sure who should be redskins coach .. I hope it’s someone who commands respect of the front office ... we need a experienced pro head coach who has dealt with adversity and realizes exact how bad this team is .. who is that??

Haskins n McLaurin. He gushes about Hadkins. I believe he would actually have decision making process to himself but yeah why in the hell would he take a chance with us.

Great point !! That’s funny... I’m not sure any coach can win here.

They can't, and they won't / don't.

Look up that stat that shows the W/L record of coaches who work for Snyder before and After. Their W/L's are affected something like 70% when they are here.

So basically he could hire Belichick and based on past statistics best case scenario Bill would go 9-7 here.

NO WAY we get any serious or decent HC to come here as long as Bruce Allen is still employed here. It will be no name / nobody coaches or retread / fired NFL head coaches who already weren't worth a shit.

One guy I would consider, Don “wink” Martindale DC Ravens. His defenses are always aggressive, with our talent he could make them elite.

Not enough is being made of the fact Callahan called a TO with 20 seconds left in that Detroit game and sent out Hopkins for the FG. One of the most brain dead things I've ever seen from a head coach.

That's probably because at this point no one cares, even skin fans, and especially the national media. If we were in contention it would be a different story.

I can't bring myself to root for Dallas but if Jason Garrett gets fired thats going to thin our coaching search, even though Jones and Snyder are both meddling owners,Dallas is definitely a better landing spot than D.C.

Every time I hear his name mentioned I dont think of the coach,I think of the game show host{tic-tac-dough}:laughing-,but I dont think I would have any objections to his hiring

good point...Sheehan went through the most likely new HC positions and teams:

Skins
Atlanta
Dallas
Jacksonville (def possible)
Cleveland (my thought is unlikely cause they will finish strong)
Chargers (unlikely)
Carolina (unlikely)

Skins is certainly the worst job simply because of Bruce Allen. Bruce Allen needs to go in order to get a quality coach period.

If you apply the Snyder factor Jay Gruden is a 10 win a year coach somewhere else. Not sure if he would continue the trend if he got another NFL job, he was poor on discipline and half time adjustments.
