The Trump-aligned America First Legal Foundation had initially sued the National Archives and Records Administration in 2022 for the photos. After objections from former president Barack Obama and Biden himself, the archives delayed the release until after the 2024 election, when the scandal was likely to be overtaken by events.


This is disgraceful. The entire Biden family profited from his father name in an influence peddling scheme. No maybes, or he might have….the Biden’s certainly did.
