Cracks me up. Doesn't matter the generation of the university, EVERYONE loves a 40. I know I've said this before, but if you've never had St. Ides (the REAL malt liquor, not the fruity stuff), it's literally the worst thing you've ever had. I've had shots of 151 that have gone down smoother.

I don't think it is just college kids that keep these beers alive. If you go into most blue collar/ Working Joe bars they are drinking mainly from that list.

All summer I would start the night with one of these, but holy CRAP do they **** you up...

My wife and I have very few, "You are forbidden to do that." between the two of us, but that is one that we've now made permanent. No more Four Lokos, Jooses or Max Vibe. I literally feel retarded when I have them. Even though officially it's the equivalent of drinking like 6-7 beers, I slur like I've had 20.

Takes a while because you need it to age and wait for the folks ahead of you as well. I have been ambassador since 2001 and I think I got my bottle in 08 or 09. Was not cheap either.

Yep, I have a couple of bottles in my bar.

Sadly I am on the wagon and am not allowed to indulged in mass quantities of cold, frosty, adult, beverages.

Long and short, my wife and doctor told me to chill for a while. No smoking and no drinking until I'm healthy again. I get a pass on New Years but I have a drink limit.
