THis isn't going to be pretty for awhile guys. You have 4-3 guys playing a 3-4 scheme. You would think it wouldn't be that hard to make the transition, but it seems like it is.

We are rebuilding, or that should be the metality of both the FO and us fans. We have had subpar football since Norv's last season(half season). 2006 withstanding, my uncle's Buckeyes of the 80's could kick our ass now. New FO, new HC, OC, DC, with all new schemes, coming off a 4-12 season. That looks like rebuilding to me.
