SPORTS
If the Raiders got the first overall pick of the draft and gave it to us, I would be SOOOOO Ecstatic if we got the first pick. Hello Clowney. But its nothing but a dream because I can't see the Raiders being That dumb trading away the first overall pick for Cousins, when a once every decade player like Clowney or franchise caliber QB like Bridgewater would be there. |
Yeah Oakland won't give us a top 5 pick for KC

Re: Around the NFL 2013 Offseason (Episode 99)
Kinda wish we'd pick up Harper who just got cut by the Seahags. He was someone I remember reading a few articles before the draft that thought he would fit perfectly in our offense as he can block and is a big red zone target.

Re: Around the NFL 2013 Offseason (Episode 99)
The Seahawks one big deficiency in talent is WR. They have some playmakers on offense but WR is thier Achilles heel so to speak. If they didnt see value in keeping him and we already have two of our own on the practice squad, then I wouldn't be too worried about getting him. Lewis proved he could be a receiver who goes and gets the ball. I want to see what we can develop him into. I also see a guy like nick Williams being someone to groom as a prototypical slot WR behind Moss if not then keep looking.

All he does is win games, at every level. Funny to see the hate this guy has gotten. |

Yeah he wins games, not the team. Don't hate him at all, the man can't throw plain and simple but the backing for this guy is crazy and the reasons people give for why he should be a quarterback is just dumb. |

I think he has a higher ceiling than Cousins. That kid looks like one of the best pure passers I've seen in a while. Plus he's mobile. He will be the first pick next year and Oakland will take him. |
Re: Around the NFL 2013 Offseason (Episode 99)
Since Tebow's career is over, and since he's had far more than his allotted 15 minutes of fame, how about we never discuss him again?

Tebow blows.
Just wanted to get that in one last time. |
Re: Around the NFL 2013 Offseason (Episode 99)
We should bring Tebow here. Could you imagine a RG3, Pat White, Tebow pistol? :) Just kidding of course.

We could groom Tebow to be the next Pat White while we groom Pat White to be the next RGIII. |

The "point and laugh" ride just keeps getting better: Brady Quinn signed by Jets.
Sad thing is that he is probably legitimate competition for the starting job there. |

Yeah I agree hell they should just go with simms

Re: Around the NFL 2013 Offseason (Episode 99)
Its funny, I though McCleroy was their best QB..He's gone. Sanchez they play in the 4th quarter, Geno already looks like a guy thats going to get negative media attention. I guess Simms really is their best option.
|
Geno doesn't look good at all, he is just not very accurate. I'm sure he'll start but either way the jets are a 4-12 team at best IMO.

Then the question becomes, "For which team will Rex Ryan be the DC next year?" |

Yeah I think he's a some what solid HC but the guy really knows nothing about offense. |

I know it's the Ravens, but their new Americas Game comes on at 9

I don't think anyones posted this already Bengals' Geno Atkins agrees to 5-year, $55M extension

Geno is a beast. Bengals are loaded and should make a run at it

Pryor starts for Oakland.

Re: Around the NFL 2013 Offseason (Episode 99)
Sounds like the Raiders are all in for #1 (the draft pick).
"You can't arrest me; I'm a Colts player," Boyett repeatedly told the officers, according to The Indianapolis Star, citing a police report that described the 23-year-old's behavior as "very abusive."
What a douchebag. Well, I guess he can no longer say he can't be arrested because he plays for the Colts. OWNED. |
