I just read the interview Antonio Pierce gave. What a schmo! He's LOBBYING TO GET LAVAR! HAHAH. Is it just me, or is my hatred for this guy legitimate? I hope Clinton makes him his BITCH when he breaks his ankles RACING to the secondary against the Midgets this year. I'm gonna bust a nut watching Al Saunders and CP tearing up that linebacker core. Especially Antonio Pierce. Think that would shut him up? I hope they get Lavar also, so Mr. Saunders can show the rest of the NFL, and the world for that matter that Lavar Arrington is garbage. He can't play in a structured D. This season is going to be very emotional. **** you Pierce. Much terminal illness to you, and your family, along with Jeremy Shockey.

Hatred in DC
uhh, you've repeated this same tired thing in 3 places now. Pierce wanting Lavar is very old news, and this i hope they die shit is just f'ing retarded and doesn't belong in thi thread anyways.

NFL | Anaheim sets a deadline for the NFL
Wed, 22 Mar 2006 06:20:48 -0800

The Orange County Register reports Anaheim, Ca. officials have delivered an ultimatum to the NFL: Choose our site for your Los Angeles-area team by May or we will pursue other options. "The city is taking a position because we've been getting the run-around," Councilman Harry Sidhu said. NFL officials had hoped to choose either Los Angeles or Anaheim next week at an NFL owners meeting, but owners are expected to wait at least until the May 23-25 meeting.

Anaheim has zero leverage, so i don't really see the point of such weak posturing.
Yeah--what exactly are their other options here? Don't make us get a roller hockey team!!! We'll do it, damn it! It won't be pretty, but by god, we've had enough here in Anaheim!!!

Per article, http://www.thewarpath.net/showthread.php?t=11705, It seems like the team is still pursuing FAs to fill out the roster. Sam Cowart and Jamar Fletcher are name brand players but interestingly enough they have no plans to visit us. What are thier motives? Not winning apparently.

not having a visit scheduled right now doesn't mean there won't be one in the future... unless you'd read something i've missed.

Re: Official NFL Free Agent Signings Thread

good move i guess... the raiders NEEDED someone. i think this is a bit of a lateral move from collins, but maybe with the stronger arm Moss can be more productive. collins really struggled to get the ball down field far enough some times.

Re: Official NFL Free Agent Signings Thread

Well, for that team, lateral isn't a good thing.
