Re: Your next QB for the Skins?
Kerry Collins might be available since the Titans owner wants Vince Young to start for his team.

Re: Your next QB for the Skins?
pike is gonna be the best NFL qb in the draft, the rest are products of the system, minus bradford but thats a risk, but knowing vinny he will go to his roots and get clausen, but who gives an $ what qb is drafted if we don't get an o line man first, no matter who it is they are gonna be ramsey-ed to death

I really hope your joking. Next year our QB will either be Brennan, Woodson, Daniels, or a Draft pick. |
Re: Your next QB for the Skins?
Christian Ponder

He is. He has to be, that list he gave is an obvious joke. |
Re: Your next QB for the Skins?
What about one of the young backups, Brady Quinn, Matt Leinart, etc. Personally, I think Leinart would be a good move if we thought we could get him for a 2nd rounder. That way, we can still draft our replacement for Samuels, and get a QB who's further ahead of the NFL learning curve than an untested rookie.

You could possibly even trade Campbell as part of the package without giving up picks.
It's a little weird that Campbell has the second most trade value on our team (behind only Landry) of anyone when we don't even want him, but so it is. |

I'm serious actually. Who knows what you'll get from one of these guys if you give them a chance with a first team offense. |

I would bet it's a draft pick or FA and not any of those scrubs. |

Kyle Orton is the only free agent QB that will be available. So it'll be a draft pick |
Re: Your next QB for the Skins?
Saw on ESPN News earlier in the week a story that the Skins will know better than anyone else if Bradford is able to play and is good healthwise because Dr. James Andrews did his surgery and is our team doc.
I guess they have a point, other teams may be wavering about his durability but we'll know better than them either way, but really, it's not much of a story. Healthy or not, I don't want us to draft him in the 1st round. We need a line. |
