What an utter joke. The Wizards are just so bad. So so bad. Keep Wall and McGee, and blow up everything else.
Why would you get rid of Young? |

In too many instances the content of their communication is out of control. If these guys can't check themselves, they need to be checked. |

A huge liability on defense, and he hasn't seen a shot he doesn't love. Inconsistent. |

He had another huge scoring night against Miami, but too much D. Wade. |

This Hinrich move is turning out to be amazing. I'm beginning to think Pollin directed much of EG's bad contracts. Or Ted is just that good. |
Re: Washington Wizards 2010-2011 Ongoing Thread
This team is constantly beset with injuries. Lewis's production has been on the decline despite moments where he's played well. Difficult at this point to determine just what the long-term affects will be, how hard he will be willing to rehab back to a lottery team at this point in his career.

When it comes to the Wizards there's not much to talk about these days but, in discussing the development of JaVale McGee....He has to learn how to harness some of his athleticism and play more under control, also remembering he's not a point guard

Re: Washington Wizards 2010-2011 Ongoing Thread
Jordan Crawford is legit... he just dropped a triple-double in relief of Wall. Albeit against the Cavs, but this isn't a fluke- Craw's been on a tear the past few weeks.
So much for being a throw-in to that Hinrich trade (according to some, EG wouldn't have made the trade without Craw). Kirk Hinrich netted the Wiz: Kevin Seraphin, Jordan Crawford, Atl's '11 first rounder and the opportunity to get out of a big contract (Bibby's second year released). Oh yeah- JaVale McGee may have turned a corner, consistency-wise. Seeing some nice post moves from him lately. Keep your fingers crossed for Derrick Williams. |

Keep: Wall, McGee, Crawford, Booker, and Young. Continue to turnover over the roster. I would love to see Blatche traded in the offseason, I think he would have some value. D. Williams wouldnt be a bad pick, Harrison Barnes would be a better one. |

With one game remaining in the season tonight at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, John Wall is predicting playoffs for the Wizards next season.

Re: Washington Wizards 2010-2011 Ongoing Thread
Crawford is the only baller you guys have, other then Wall. the rest are trash. meanwhile, Mr. Collins has my young sixers in the playoffs. can you say coach of the year?

Id say we continue to trim away the fat...preferably not signing Josh Howard again, dealing Blatche, and please god no more Yi. I cant stomach another season with Yi on the floor, he is maybe the worst player in the league. Bringing in a positive, Veteren big man with leadership skills at the 5 or 4 should be high on our list, even if he is off the bench. |
