Yeah Joe, where ya been?

Re: Warpath & NFL Network vs Adelphia Cable
I'm a big fan of DirecTV so far. No complaints.
I still use Time Warner for high speed internet though. |
Re: Warpath & NFL Network vs Adelphia Cable
Speaking of the satellite services, which is best, DirecTV or Dish Network?
|
Re: Warpath & NFL Network vs Adelphia Cable
You can't beat DirecTV for it's sports offering, and of course NFL Sunday Ticket. That alone makes DirecTV worth it for me.

Re: Warpath & NFL Network vs Adelphia Cable
Ahhh, so Dish Network doesn't have that eh? Excellent, I'll be going with DirecTV then.

Well, speaking of Comcast, I've been extremely busy at work, and I really just haven't had much time or energy to put into anything else. Comcast has been pouring a lot of resources into making sure our new bundled services package (digital video, high-speed internet and digital voice) is successful, and I've been one of those resources that has been tapped heavily to work on that... ...just wish the paycheck reflected that! (Ahem.) |

Do you work for corporate or local Comcast, Joe?[/QUOTE] I've worked for Comcast Cable of Richmond for the past five years. I'll probably be transferring to their Charlottesville market when Comcast acquires that Adelphia property this summer. My wife took a job at UVa this past fall, so it will make her life a lot easier if we move out there. |
