I agree with you about the jerseys at this point. I'm thinking that I just might have to get some decent Skins polos or sweatshirts and rock those to the stadium like I do for UMD games.

I got away from jerseys awhile back. In the last two years I have bought two Redskins short sleeve mock turtle necks, like you see Tiger Woods wearing. (I have red and white) and a sideline Yellow Redskins polo.
I hate buying jerseys in this day of free agency. Now I would not mind those throwbacks. A Theisman, or Riggins, or Monk, will never go out of style. Heck, I have a Rypien that I bought back in 1992. It's a throwback now.

Has anyone who ever claimed that, "Terrell Owens makes Dallas a legitimate Super Bowl contender" ever realized that he plays wide reciever, and touches the ball 10-12 times on a great day? He could be the best wide reciever in the league, but for his signing to have more of an impact than Edge in Arizona, or Drew Brees/Daunte Culpepper makes no sense. These guys touch the ball more than 25 times a game. Owens will help, but how exactly does an upgrade over Keyshawn make Dallas a Super Bowl contender.

Yes, Dallas is probably a playoff team, but I think that has more to do with the natural progression of their young defense than the signing of Terrell Owens. But super bowl contender? C'mon.

He may get the ball even less if their o-line is as crappy as most of us expect it to be. Plus, terry glenn is still afraid to extend his arms out if Taylor is lerking, so it looks like we can just double up t.o. if we feel the need.

Very well said. People seem to forget that the Eagles team he "improved" was a three time championship game participant, whose glaring weakness was at WR. The Cowboys didn't make the playoffs last year, and WR wasn't the problem with them - O line, secondary, special teams, and injuries held them down. In fact, Glenn and Johnson played fairly well.

Are the Cowboys improved on the field by his addition - no question. But they made a strength stronger, rather than eliminating a weakness.

I agree with all of you here. I am so sick of hearing about Dallas. The NFL network, ESPN, and NFL Sirius satellite radio either have Dallas, Eagles, or Giants winning the division. The only poeple that like the skins to win the division are Salomon Wilcox and Jim Miller. I just don't see how Dallas is any better with TO than they were with Keyshaun. The only thing I give Dallas credit for was signing Vanderjact, but that still isn't going to make them better than us. We are on the road people .... back to were some of our greatest players went to school. I honestly believe that.

We have the greatest coaching in the NFL and maybe in NFL history. So I say bring on all the naysayers and doubters, and we will see whos had the last laugh when all 16 games have been played.
