I used to think of myself as a liberal, but I hate all of these causes. I guess I'm just a realist and a pragmatist now.
I bet if you ask 1,000,000 Americans what the first thing that comes to mind when you say "Redskins" would have something to do with the football team.

You were probably never a liberal though...just young. If you have a real job and resemble a real man even remotely (like cars, sports, wood, meat, etc.)...you're safe from the insane asylum called liberalism.

This chick probably eats only leaves, drives a hatchback to save the trees and to keep Big Oil from disturbing the caribou sex, uses soap very [I]CONSERVATIVELY, [/I]and has two mommies. She's probably hiding a lot if she buys into the "Native Americans Aren't Redskins Fans" crap.

I actually did a research paper on this in like 9th grade. It was amazing to really see how bogus the argument is.

Yeah, test her to see if she just caught the story on CNN in a restaurant or if she's really looney with everything. If you can fix this ONE thing with a few facts and a discussion, she'll be fine to be with...but watch out for the other thing I mentioned and if you start seeing a few, run the other way. She could be a closet feminist who will marry you just to pull a John Bobbett on you to keep you from creating any more men in the world. :)

my ex wife used to say the same thing. Last year i wanted a sean taylor jersey for christmas and that b*tch wouldn't buy because she has a small bit of native indian in her blood and finds the name "redskin" to be offensive. Needless to say we arent together anymore.
