So to answer the starter of the thread...

I think it means Mark Brunell is starting, and probably will finish the season.
What really concerns me is that the only other coach in the league that resembles Gibbs in terms of body language (this season) is ART SHELL!

Both of them just sort of stand around and seem almost disinterested in the game, they rarely get all fired up during the game, and they have similarly delusional sounding press conferences. I'd really like to see some hidden camera footage of Gibbs in the locker room this year, because if he seems as disinterested and unpassionate there as he seems on the sidelines maybe I can also stop getting so worked up over the games.

I feel like Gibbs and Brunell are the only ones not super pissed over this last loss (at least they aren't showing it) and that just sucks
I'm not seeing a big difference in his public emotions this time around versus the first time around. Of course, you'll have all these armchair psychologists here talking about his breathing patterns and bs like that.

I can't say much for is old press conferences because I was about 11 when he first retired so I probably was watching GI Joe or He-Man instead of weekly pressers, but I think his sideline mannerisms are different.

I was watching one of the highlight clips online last week from the glory days and there were a few shots of Gibbs during the games. He was jumping around, getting in players' faces to fire them up, on his hands and knees pounding on the ground, etc.

Granted, he's a lot older now, but still, show some emotion regardless of the situation. The only time he seems to get fired up is when we win, but come on now. I really feel like Brunell's play is very reflective of the Gibbs' emotions. Then again, I'm all hopped up on crystal meth.

Yep retarted thread...

"Oh my gosh, Joe Gibbs is so impassionate. He doesn't even care about what's going on out there. And he and Brunell are secretly redskins haters purposely trying not to win games."

Lions and Tigers and Bears OH MY!!

Give me a break and move on with your life.

So retarded in fact that I'm locking this thread. Nothing new here that already isn't being discussed.
