I agree. I'm very excited about our chances next year but this year we would just get destroyed in the playoffs if we were to somehow get in.
You guys actually have a legit chance of getting in. Kinda pisses me off.
I don't know what you were getting at with the Emmitt stat. And wasn't Vernon Davis hurt and inactive for all but the first game until this week?
If the guy is going to compare Frank Gore to Emmitt Smith (which is ridiculous) at least spell the all time leading rusher's name right.

No, he was active in weeks 1, 2, 3, 11, and 12. What else would you like to know, Tafkas.

I stand corrected. I thought he was inactive

You were looking at the stats, which would make it seem that he only played 2 weeks. Not exactly comparable to Jay Novacek...

I thought he had been out for about two months. Ah well

How did the 49ers become a thread? Rexi must be spreading the disease. Why don't we talk about a good team like the Colts?

Because that wouldn't be interesting. We expect the Colts to be good. The Niners...no way!

Now if the Colts were losing more games than winning...that could be a thread.

I KNEW Bryant could not last a whole season without any problems. Even with the Browns, he still caused problems in the locker room when whining about not getting enough looks even though he was the team's leading receiver. I'm glad we didn't even consider him, although I remember a few people on HERE wishing for it. :spank:

Vernon Davis could drastically change the offense, they need to find a way to get the ball in his hands, although johnson is also a serviceable tightend.

Bryant is a chump, no surprise when i saw the DUI report, guy has no class, good luck dealing with his ego when he really starts putting up numbers

I think Vernon Davis is part horse.

And what kind of loser gets a Lambo and drives it ONLY at 100 MPH? C'mon, my little Ford can do that.

If his body holds up over his career than I think he could have a similar career. The guy is just a ridiculously good runner, very elusive but is very powerful as well. Rarely have I seen him go down have the first hit. Also catches out of the backfield very well. The only knock on the guy is the fumbles from early in the year and a couple weeks ago.

Of course you don't... Rexi, that may be the most absurd thing that I have ever read on this site.

You know Leinart reminds me of Montana.
