When my employees have excuses, they find their way to the unemployment line eventually. I can't stand it. You need to be responsible for your own actions. Did anyone help him out when the ball was placed perfectly in his arms and he dropped it? No. He is a whiner, and we (collectively as a society) LISTEN to it! Eventually his antics will fall upon deaf ears, but for now, he will find a spot on some other team cause people still think he's a top 5 WR...they think it, because they listen to his crap and believe it. |

Problem is............in our society, if there is a profit to be made, you do not have to to be accountable. If there is the chance of making a buck or two, somebody will take a flyer on you. it's all the cash
