never could bring myself to try kim chi...

I stuck to chili and crackers/dip...but Saturday was my birthday...and we went out to eat, so I was pretty full by the time Sunday rolled around

My father in law loves it and has convinced me to try it several times...

At first I hated it, but for some wierd reason I smelled it once and craved it like crazy and have been eating it with bulgogi ever since...

it compliments the sweetness of the korean bulgogi bbq... and its supposed to cure the bird flu...

Still...something about rotten cabbage. My friend just got back from a business trip to Taiwan and said they were eating chicken feet and something along the lines of a rotten egg!
