I sleep during the day. 6 to 8 hours

The sad thing is I am almost nocturnal as well. I go to sleep at 4 or 5 and wake up past 12

and what is the deal with eric allen on NFL Live? Did he lose his job or something?

I work a little later than that. But Im usually in bed by noon.

Well, beer helps to get back on schedule with everyone else on weekends. But if there is something that I gotta do, then I do it as soon as I get off. Or if I am planning on going out on the weekend I am already on schedule to stay up all night. My family hates it, but I love it.
