i live 30 mins north of pittsburgh and this seems like a real "Jeff Reed" thing he did. I swear Reed gets drunk and does something dumb every couple months it seems

Public intoxication is such a BS charge, there's no way that should be a crime unless it's coupled with some other behavior. This just makes me like Chad more.

It's such a crap violation, public drunkenness.

Sort of retarded to head to a pizza joint at 2 am tho...you should be looking for a denny's or waffle house and then plan to feel even worse than if you just had the hangover :)
