Thankfully my wife isn't into any of that mess. A couple nights of watching Idol and DWTS (uugh) with her gets me all the NFL, ND Football and Celtics when they're on.....and she'll usually watch too.

Edit: I think its because it seems like she has no limits or standards anymore. It's like if the mechanical car outside of the grocery store no longer had a coin slot and all you had to do was push the button to ride...would you? No because everybody else has and you know that you could do it at any time; there is no prerequisite so you do not bother.
