We may all eventually like the look of this youth movement. I'm glad to see some of our young players getting an opportunity, even if their chances come out of necessity.

Yeah, I know we couch potato coaches really don't know a lot but I think almost all of us fans called for this 7 to 9 weeks ago. What I despise most is HC's living off of players "PAST" performances and not admitting possibly having made a mistake and making a change early in the season.

On another note... This does open up a PS spot so who gets picked up for that? Any OL from the UFL worth anything or WR's they could put there to try out?

Yes they did. I think he took the spot left by RB Davis. So with Austin moving up there is another spot available. Right?

That is true but if you are a vet you also need to lead by example and the only example Galloway was setting was how to not be a decent NFL wideout. Young guys definitely look up to the older players and basically when an old guy doesn't do anything right, justifying his roster spot by saying he's providing guidance to the younger guys doesn't really matter.

Ok someone might have to help me here(if I have something wrong), Chad Simpson(RB) injured his foot before last weeks game and needs surgery, Clinton Portis(RB) reinjured his vagina and has been put on IR. So the team knows it needs 2 RB's so they signed James Davis(RB) from the PS and signed a FA Andre Brown(RB) to the active roster.

The team then went out and signed an OL Jacob Bender to the PS. Which I assume he takes James Davis's spot on the PS. They then signed DB Victor (Macho) Harris to the active roster. The team then goes out and signs RB Kestahn Moore to the PS.

Now they sign T.Austin to the active roster from the PS which would mean there is a PS spot available. So I went to the team site and looked at it's supposedly updated roster and Austin is on the active roster, but so is Portis. As the PS looks right now on the team site:
1. Selvish Capers OT
2. Eric Cook C/G
3. Rob Jackson DE
4. Taurus Johnson WR
5. Sha'reff Rashad S

Now add:
6. Jacob Bender OL
7. Kestahn Moore RB
8. ?

Wonder who they will pick up? or what position.

I like this move because we all know Galloway will not return next season. I did like Austin in preseason and he is a California kid same area that Desean Jackson is from. He is built simiular to D.Jack. I would like to see Austin and Banks get some wide out screens and wr reverses. This will add to our team speed on offense. GL Austin make your chance count. Bro.
