Moss would for sure draw interest in the open market because he is a veteran that has not had on or off-field troubles and he can come in and contribute to a team that needs an extra WR.

I do not consider him top 10 or even top 15 in the league, but I respect him and he would for sure start on a needy team or even make a good backup on a team loaded with talent like NE or Indy.
I hope that we re-sign him to a reasonable deal. I still think he has a strong season or 2 in him before he reaches backup/ joey galloway status...
Amen to that!!!

This might not go over well with the coaching staff. Just a strong hunch.

Re: Moss's value/respect?

That is weak, but I can't see Santana with his age and size drawing a whole lot of interest. The league wants the TO and Randy Moss type guys, meaning tall and built. Wide Receivers are almost a dime a dozen, and if you are a short round, you might not be considered top flight. Besides, why are you concerned about Moss not being respected by the NFL. All the more easier for us to retain his services. Moss will retire a Skin hopefully.

Don't kid yourself, teams want productive players more than anything, and that's what Moss is.

Multiple announcements about the event were sent out from his Twitter account. Maybe with so much down time he just might attract some Redskin visitors. j/k Some athletes seem to have a fascination with strip clubs, it's like they've been revolutionized.

Re: Moss's value/respect?

Totally think we should sign him. I know he's getting older and probably not playing at the speed he used to, but teams have to account for him and that takes away top CB's from the other WR's we have on this team ... like Santana Moss.

LOL.

I think his biggest mistake was using himself in the Skins uniform.

Ha, I never heard about this:
