Re: Less Huff In the Booth
Id like to see Huff, Smoot and Theisman in the booth. Three different eras, oh that would be delicious!!

3 different flavors of senility. |
Re: Less Huff In the Booth
I listen to the TV broadcast team anyway so I really don't care. Once Herzog was let go that was it for me. Huff is annoying but Larry Michael annoys me more.
Annoy is an understatement. He sounds so fake and his calls sound so forced. Most of the time, I feel he is actually rooting for the other team. I friggin HATE Larry Micheal. I agree with whoever said it, I think Sellers would be badass in the booth, anybody but friggin fake ass Larry Micheal. |
Damn, I love the guy, pure comedy when he's on the air.
~~~ Agreed. He is a trip, he just lets it go! |
Re: Less Huff In the Booth
Something about Larry just annoys me. Not a fan.
|
Re: Less Huff In the Booth
Damn, I feel like an outsider on the Larry part. I wouldn't say I'm a Larry fan, as in, "GO LARRY GO!!!!" But I don't think he's a terrible play caller. In fact, he does get me excited with some of the play calls.
If it makes it any better, my father doesn't like him either. |
I'm not as anti Larry as most either. I believe it is because Snyder replaced Herzog with Michael that has so many feeling as they do. While his voice does annoy me, he's right as a play by play guy. I would like to see Doc get a job in the booth though. He calls it like it is without trying to push an agenda.
Quality stuff like. "That boy is a beast. He wants it more." |
Re: Less Huff In the Booth
Who doesn't give you cheesy crap like that hooskins ? And you get better from the big boys on television ?
|
Re: Less Huff In the Booth
I don't hate Larry Michael either, he's tolerable to me. Huff is insufferable though
|
Re: Less Huff In the Booth
Love Larry. Good p by p man. Love Joey T. Not sure about the two them together. Doc is great...but it would get....old
|
Re: Less Huff In the Booth
Doc is best in small doses. Yeah he would get old really quick.
It was good the first time, but it's ran its' course. |
Re: Less Huff In the Booth
Not to take away from the momentum here, but I don't really think the grass is really any greener on the "Doc side" of the hill. Like Mattyk said, his input is probably good in smaller doses.
