on the crock pot tip, easiest pulled pork ever:
pork butt or pork shoulder, bone-in is fine (it's just one big bone that the meat falls off of anyways) dry mix, 1 part each: salt pepper garlic powder onion powder optional: cumin and/or chili powder (combined for 1 part) or any other flavor you like rub that all over the pork put it in the crock pot w 1/4 cup water (add a quartered onion and/or a couple cloves of garlic if you fancy) set on low wait about 8-10 hours serve w your favorite bbq sauce and coleslaw on a bun. |
