I think you may have explained my edit questioning if Davis was inactive for the ankle or his benching. ;)

Well to be clear, it could and probably is his ankle. Benching him is one thing, making him inactive is another. Unless this was some sort of "message" to everyone that they all better step up. I was just talking long term

Fred Davis is likely gone after this year anyway. Thank God we only signed him to a one year deal. Total fizzle so far.

The overall plan is good one, but our rook DBs are not going to be around once their contracts are up, well at least Rambo for sure, unless the learning curve is short with him.

Pass rush is the key, the only key to victory in my mind. Our offense will do fine, but the only way we keep Stafford from torching us with Megatron is a lot of blitzing or just different schemes to ratchet up the pressure.

I think we have to blitz the crap out of the Lions, no way dropping 8 in coverage is good thing for us!
