My bad, 1-3-1 is correct. 2 games under 500 is not season is lost territory though, and I don't think anyone on staff is qualified to lead the entire fucking team. Blough and Jones are having growing pains, if we're still playing this mediocre after the halfway mark and we're way out of playoff contention they can fire Quinn, but not 1/3 of the way through the season.

Quinn will not be fired tonight or tomorrow..there is nobody on the staff that can take over his duties.. I want him gone but reality is he won't be until end of season ..

Only 14% of NFL teams that started 1–3 (26 out of 183 teams) have made the playoffs since the 12-team format was introduced in 1990

14 NFL teams have made the playoffs after starting the season with a 1-4 record

Playing competitive football the entire season is still in the shitter, but both of us have seen this movie plenty of times buddy. They'll get their shit together just in time to give us hope, but they won't make the playoffs or they'll get bounced in the first round if they do. Quinn is probably gone after this year barring a major miracle. JD probably has another elbow dislocation in him sometime this year and this defense will continue blowing 2 score fourth quarter leads too.

Thank god fans do not run the team. Firing a coach in season rarely if ever works. Plus you really don't have a replacement on staff. Maybe Lynn the RB coach, but it just seems like that is caving into blood thirsty fans.

We all know DQ really isn't a great coach. He's a middle of the pack to lower tier coach. He's proven he can't manage the game. It is what it is. They probably told JD to chuck the ball OB but he wanted to play hero ball and lost his awareness. Regardless it's on DQ because there was no need to run a play there.

I'm going to ride it out with DQ unless it totally goes off the rails. The team plays hard but they lack talent. And Jones as DC hasn't really impressed me all that much.
