Harris has the patience of a Saint,how he hasn’t fired him yet I can’t comprehend.You can’t fire Daniels but he damn sure should be punished for being so fucking stupid, need to sit him a game like the Giants did Skattebo

What is funny is this season easily could be the 2024 , we literally getting zero breaks. A lot of 2024 was luck and health , we have none this year

I'm not to down on the decision to go for it on 4th down. I'm annoyed with Blough BS illegal motions every game. He has to develop some simple short yardage plays that don't rely on 10 players being in motion at once. He just doesn't seem to be progressing as well as he should. The quick read plays aren't there on blitz situations instead relying on long developing low percentage plays. Even that 4th down most routes were 10 yards out.

I'm more annoyed we did absolutely nothing with the fumble. Once again undone by an offensive penalty. I really don't know what Blough is doing. He is not setting up anyone on his side of the ball for success.

The zebras have made game altering calls in at least 4 games we've been in, it is ridiculous.

everyone is saying that Quinn thought it was 3rd down ..when asked he said he knew it was 4th down ,Quinn may be a lot of things but i'm not sure he lies .. That video shows him saying 4th down but we don't know the context, If indeed he is lying and that really happened then he SHOULD be fired like today.The players and other coaches know and the truth will be leaked!The fact we didn't lay down and get steam rolled is impressive and we could have won at the end. JD needs a real Coach ( Shanny,Johnson,McDonald,Reid.. a lot of really good QB never had good coaches and failed) If JD is future we need a Great coach and staff.. We will find out soon how this plays out. Buckle up

Going for it on fourth down is one thing, but not knowing it was fourth down when you “went for it” is another. Especially after last week. Inexcusable.
With that being said, I am surprisingly ok today. Rams just lost Adams for several weeks.
Bold prediction…we come out of the bye and win 6 in a row. (Obviously Daniels needs to stay healthy).

The video clearly shows he is calling for a fg, and than says “its fourth down” and looks shocked.

JD throws it away because he didn’t know it was fourth down either. If he did know and still threw it away , well that is a bigger problem. Than after Quinn he calls for a fg, and than says , twice , “that was fourth down”. It was a question. Not a statement. That is painfully obvious. It is an honestly a fireable offense after last week BUT the way things are shaping up with the division he is not getting fired now because we have a chance. If we were buried in the division Quinn would be fired today. No doubt. That is a mistake that a highschool coach cannot make let alone in the NFL.

Than read the actions. JD threw it away. Read the surprised look on his face. This isnt JFK and the grassy knoll. It is painfully obvious that HC and QB were unaware of the down and situation. Again!

And his explanation sounded like my 8 year old daughter telling me she didn’t put make up on when she has makeup on. He said “like” 100 times and it made no sense. It was just word salad.

Understandable the sideline is under the microscope right now but without the full context of what exactly DQ was discussing in his headset it’s silly to try to know what was going on and draw any hard conclusions.

The flag was thrown right in front of him, maybe he saw it and thought this play is dead, or it’s a free play, either way he should have put it up for grabs in the EZ. Teachable moment for sure. Dak did something similar the other night.

Picking two first time coordinators certainly was a choice. Probably would have helped if Blough had an experienced consultant type around.

We may never know, but what does your heart tell you after seeing his reaction? Looks like he is surprised to me. More importantly it certainly doesn’t look like he is asking JD what the hell he was thinking. I know if my quarterback was throwing it away there and he was walking straight towards me what i would be saying.

Definitely thought that maybe JD was thinking the same. Yes teachable. So why isn’t DQ talking to him when he heads off? Maybe because DQ is thinking about the FG attempt??? Nothing else makes sense. Anyway moving along. We will rattle off 6 in a row with no Adams, and no Hurts after the bye.
