Re: When does Arrington hit the field?
I think you're right. I remember him saying that HE wanted to be back.

Re: When does Arrington hit the field?
I don't think Lavar will be out long, maybe just long enough to do another Eastern Motors commercial since Portis stole the show on the first one.

Re: When does Arrington hit the field?
No need to rush him. Just let him be ready by Sept 11, when the games count.
I think he tore his meniscus--whatever that is. Sounds painful! This is about the schedule that I remember hearing for his recovery. |
Re: When does Arrington hit the field?
I may be wrong on this one, but if memory serves me correctly, the only person that rushed LaVar back was LaVar. He insisted on taking the field when he wasn't completely healed. Don't get me wrong, I respect the hell out of players that play hurt, but he started bitching about how the FO handled his injury, when in acutality he had the final say so on when he took the field.
Your absolutely right. BUT don't forget how many times we have heard Gibbs and Williams preaching about how they need players that are going to play. Lavar strikes me as a guy who really wants to make the coaches happy and thrives on praise. He wanted to play, they wanted him to play. |
Re: When does Arrington hit the field?
Let's just hope that LaVar studied Gregg Williams' playbook while he was side-lined.

Re: When does Arrington hit the field?
Not feeling good about this. If it's taking this long, it's not healing properly. LA could end up like Warrick Holdman. :oink:
