I heard them talking on ESPN MIke & Mike this morning that if Philly loses a couple of games in the up coming weeks McNabb might go ahead and have surgery.

That would be the smart move, though I would think they will wait until they are officially out of the playoff race and then shut him down.

That could happen this weekend. With a loss against the Giants, that will leave them at 4-6, and no wins in the division.

I think it also depends on how long it will take Mcnabb to recover from surgery. Anyone have an idea how long it would take?
